Michael Pollack on EddingtonRecords.com - tracks
On a PC, the tracks should start playing automatically. On a smartphone or tablet, you might need to press the "play" arrow below. By popular demand there is a cool new "search" button. Or go old school and explore the menus. The first menu has our newest trending hits. On the covers I play all the guitar parts and sing all the vocals unless otherwise credited.
A real fave since I were a wee lad of 7, But this song also made me realize guitar could not be used to play every single song that you liked. Some songs required other instruments. Sometimes lots of other complicated instruments. Well, Eleanor Rigby, you have met your match in the digital audio workstation and a lil applied musical knowledge, not to mention a free midi file with the string parts already nicely programmed in, so that all I had to do was sing, edit, mix, sing again, mix some more, process a little, mix down, etc. voila, Eleanor Rigby, you are mine. Though, you're so lonely apparently that it probably wouldn't've taken much. Maybe lonely ole Father Mackenzie would have had you had you at "hello" or maybe even just at "hey old lady, do you darn socks? And what happened to your face? Keep it in a jar by the door much?"
So, after covering American Pie, Scarborough Fair, Fire and Rain, and Eleanor Rigby my preteen you are pretty well musically covered. Notice that I conveniently left out the Partridge Family, John Denver, the Captain and Tenille......You can thank me later.
